Yoga Therapy attempts to understand and honour the whole individual when focusing on healing and transformation. The International Association of Yoga Therapists defines yoga therapy as, “the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga.”
Body-Centered Psychotherapy invites the client’s physical body into the therapy process. The approach supports the relationship between psychological well being and the physical body. Body-Centered Psychotherapy identifies the body as a resource for healing and self empowerment.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a clinically proven approach for reducing anxiety and stress. This approach also helps to prevent relapse in those who suffer from depression. This form of therapy combines mindfulness meditation with cognitive behaviour techniques. Mindfulness is the practice of purposefully and intentionally placing your mind on something through the awareness of your senses. Cognitive therapy is designed to interrupt thought patterns that lead to maladaptive thinking.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an integrative approach that harnesses the mind-body connection to achieve healing and resolution from past traumas. EMDR is a clinically proven evidence-based psychological therapy.

Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI) - Early intervention model for children aged 7-18 years of age. The goal of this intervention is to reduce traumatic stress reactions and post traumatic stress disorder PTSD in children.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) - psychosocial treatment model that incorporates elements of cognitive-behavioral, attachment, humanistic, empowerment, and family therapy models.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a goal-oriented, future focused approach that targets solutions, rather than focusing on the problems that bring clients to therapy. SFBT empowers clients to identify their own paths of change and understands the client as the expert.
Expressive Therapies - Children communicate through play. Play therapy honours and respects the inner wisdom of the child and allows them to explore and make sense of their world in a safe and supportive environment. Art therapy techniques can be used to help children explore challenges and identify resiliencies. Sand tray therapy/Jungian may also be included which allow children to create stories in a small sand tray using figurines that resemble the struggles they are experiencing in their life.

Filial Therapy - A unique model for children aged 3 - 11 years of age. This form of therapy teaches parents how to support their children through the use of supported play. Filial Therapy can be very effective to strengthen attachment between child and care giver.
Providing tools and coping strategies to manage depression and anxiety. Helping clients to identify personal strengths and resiliencies. Integration of a variety interventions to best meet the individuals needs of the client.
Parenting Support and Child Development - Providing psycho-education regarding child development. Teaching parenting strategies that foster healthy relationships and empowerment.
Aim to support individuals who are mourning the loss of a loved one or who are experiencing major life changes that trigger feelings of grief.
